FEE PAYMENT RULES

  • Fees are to be deposited monthly. It should be deposited by 20th of the current month. If fees are deposited after 20th and before 30th of the current month, late fine of Rs. 50/- has to be paid along with fees. If fees are deposited in the 2nd month, fine of Rs. 100/- has to be paid. If fees are deposited in 3rd month a fine of Rs. 250/- has to be paid. If a student defaults for three months, his/her name will be struck off from the roll and for re-admission fee of one month’s tuition fee will be charged as a fine.
  • Be courteous and co-operative with the Bank Employees.
  • If cheque is dishonoured for any reason, a fine of Rs. 300/- will be charged by the school in addition to the late fine. Cheque will not be accepted for the second time. This has to be deposited either in cash or by Bank pay-order only. 3. Annual fees are to be deposited within 1st month of the new session.
  • In case the fee book is lost, a new book will be issued on payment of Rs. 50/- only.
  • Fees once deposited cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • A notice of one calendar month must be given to the school in writing prior to withdrawal of the student or one month’s fee must be paid in lieu thereof. T.C. charges of Rs. 500/- to be paid while applying for T.C.
  • Defaulters will not be allowed to appear for the final examination.
